In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” means Genisys Finance Pty Ltd and our related companies.
- Who can use our website

- Registering with us
Some features (like saving a quote or tracking your application) need a free account. When you sign up you’ll give us: Your real name Current email & phone number A secure password Keep your login details safe – you’re responsible for anything that happens under your account. Lost your password? Hit “Forgot password” and we’ll sort it in 30 seconds.
- Collection of your information
We collect what we need to find you the best loan and nothing more. Everything we do with your info is explained in our Privacy Policy (which you’ve already read – nice one!). By using our site you agree to let us collect, store and share your info exactly as described there. We may send your details overseas to secure cloud providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure in Singapore) – but only if they protect it to Australian standards or better.
- Cookies & tracking

We also use Google Analytics and a few trusted tools – all set to anonymise your data wherever possible. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
- Accuracy of information on our site
We work hard to keep everything bang up-to-date (rates, calculators, blog articles), but things move fast in finance. The info on our site is general only – it’s not personal advice. Always double-check with us or your lender before making big decisions. We’re not liable if something on the site is out of date (unless the law says otherwise).
- Play nice – prohibited stuff
Please don’t: Try to hack, scrape or overload our site Pretend to be someone else Upload viruses or anything nasty Use automated bots to spam forms If you break these rules we can suspend or ban your account without warning.
- Promotions, competitions & giveaways
From time to time we run competitions (free coffee vouchers, anyone?). Extra rules will always be posted clearly on the competition page. Those specific rules beat these Terms if there’s ever a clash.
- Links to other websites
We link to handy tools – comparison sites, government calculators, lender portals, etc. Once you click away, their rules apply, not ours. We don’t control or endorse what’s on those sites.
- Intellectual property
Everything you see – the logo, photos, blog posts, calculators, cheeky copywriting – is copyright © Genisys Finance 2025 or licensed to us. Feel free to share a link or quote us (we love the shout-out!), but don’t copy whole pages, steal images or pretend it’s yours. That’s not cool and could land you in hot water.
- What happens if something goes wrong
We’ll always try to fix problems quickly and fairly. To the maximum extent allowed by Australian law: We don’t accept liability for indirect losses (lost profits, etc.) Our total liability is capped at the fees you’ve paid us in the last 12 months Nothing in these Terms removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law – you’re always protected there.
- We can change these Terms
If we update the rules, we’ll pop a notice on the homepage and email you if it’s a big change. Keep using the site = you accept the new version.
- Which laws apply
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If we ever end up in court (fingers crossed we never do), it’ll be in NSW.
